Regular exercise does not require a costly gym membership or expensive equipment. Many ways to exercise for little or no money can be found with a little imagination. If you have heart disease or diabetes, consult your doctor before beginning any exercise program.

A home gym does not necessitate the purchase of expensive exercise equipment. You can work out at home without breaking the bank by making the most of what you already have.
